Where is my book?

If you can’t find the email with your book download in your inbox, here are some tips:

  • Check your spam/junk box.  Sometimes overzealous spam filters get in the way and deliver the email there instead of your inbox.
  • If you paid with PayPal and your PayPal email address is different from the email you normally use, the book may be delivered to the email associated with your PayPal.
  • If you still don’t see it, email contact@moudadel.com and we can help you get your download link! 

How do I download my e-book?

How do I download my e-book?

1- Shortly after completing your purchase, you will get an email from our E-Book delievry partner "BookFunnel" with the subject “Here's "THE BOOK TITLE" by Moud Adel.”

2- Open the email and click the link to download your copy.

3- The link will take you to BookFunnel, the book delivery platform.  Once you are at the BookFunnel page, click “Get My Book.”

4- Select the type of device on which you would like to read the book and follow the step-by-step instructions for downloading to your specific device.

How can I access my previously bought books?

Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here:

https://My.BookFunnel.com. 

Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.

What if I need technical help?

If you received your book, but are having issues with getting it to your preferred e-reader, you can get it through one of the following ways:

1- reply to the email you received from BookFunnel when you bought your book. Someone from their support team will be happy to lend a hand!

2- Clink on the download link in your email. Then click on the “Need Help?” button at the top right of the page.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to show up at your door. This period is extended to 5 to 6 weeks during holiday seasons and rush times.

If you still haven’t received your order after 5 weeks, please contact us so we can investigate with our shipping partners.

Why is my order split?

We work with different partners to deliver different products. To make sure you will get your order as fast as possible, we asked each partner to ship the products they handle directly to our customers.

Products are also shipped from different countries depending on the partner.

Standard print books are shipped by BookVault from the UK.

Non-Book Products are shipped by Printify from the United States.

Signed Books are shipped by the author from France.

Can I get a refund for an order that I haven’t received yet?

Why do I have to pay customs and taxes? Wasn't that part of the shipping cost?

Each country has different laws regarding customs fees. Since we cannot anticipate these fee amounts, we cannot include them in our shipping costs. We are not responsible for extra fees and/or taxes that your package may incur due to your country's laws, including brokerage fees charged by the package carrier to assist in getting your package through customs in a timely manner.

What is the Mural?

The Mural is the fantastical universe created by author Moud Adel. It is the story of a planet that broke into seven worlds, splitting humankind and trapping them on magical planets.

Each planet will get its own series, and all will share small crossovers that will eventually be tied together with one standalone book. Then the Mural will end with one mega series.

Why do the first three books in the Illicitum series feel disconnected?

The first two books in the series were originally written as prequels, however, the author felt it was best to include them in the series orders because the events in these books are the primary catalyst behind the series.

With that said, the first three books can be read out of order. If you prefer to jump into the main storyline directly, then start with book three.

Which series should I start with?

Each series works as a standalone, and you can start with whichever you want.
