How to download E-Books?
How do I download my e-book?
1- Shortly after completing your purchase, you will get an email from our E-Book delievry partner "BookFunnel" with the subject “Here's "THE BOOK TITLE" by Moud Adel.”
2- Open the email and click the link to download your copy.
3- The link will take you to BookFunnel, the book delivery platform. Once you are at the BookFunnel page, click “Get My Book.”
4- Select the type of device on which you would like to read the book and follow the step-by-step instructions for downloading to your specific device.
Where is my book?
If you can’t find the email with your book download in your inbox, here are some tips:
- Check your spam/junk box. Sometimes overzealous spam filters get in the way and deliver the email there instead of your inbox.
- If the email address you used at checkout is different from the email address you normally use, the book may be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.
- If you paid with PayPal and your PayPal email address is different from the email you normally use, the book may be delivered to the email associated with your PayPal.
- If you still don’t see it, email contact@moudadel.com and we can help you get your download link!
How can I access my previously bought books?
Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here:
Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.
What if I need technical help?
If you received your book, but are having issues with getting it to your preferred e-reader, you can get it through one of the following ways:
1- reply to the email you received from BookFunnel when you bought your book. Someone from their support team will be happy to lend a hand!
2- Clink on the download link in your email. Then click on the “Need Help?” button at the top right of the page.
